By accessing or using the Mise platform, website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mise, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Mise provides a voice-first operating system for hospitality businesses, including:
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your business to these Terms, and be located in the United States.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getmise.io of any unauthorized use.
By using the Service, you consent to the recording, transcription, and processing of voice data. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit recordings, and that you have complied with applicable recording consent laws.
Voice recordings frequently contain employee data (names, hours, tips). You are the data controller for this data and are responsible for obtaining required consents.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of payroll information you submit. All calculations require your review and approval before action. Mise is a processing tool, not a substitute for your independent review.
Mise is NOT an employer of record, payroll processor, tax preparer, or financial institution. Mise does not distribute wages, file tax returns, or assume employer obligations.
By opting in to SMS notifications at app.getmise.io/sms/consent, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Mise related to your restaurant operations, including payroll confirmations, inventory results, table save notifications, and system notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opt-in is not a condition of purchase.
Access requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time via support@getmise.io. No refunds for partial periods. Price changes require 30 days notice.
You agree NOT to: use the Service unlawfully, submit false information, submit recordings obtained illegally, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer, or sublicense/resell without consent.
The Service is owned by Mise, Inc. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mise a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ALL OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
MISE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $100.00. MISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mise from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or failure to obtain required consents.
You may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration (AAA Commercial Rules) in St. Petersburg, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Material changes require 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
